1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aurvia website and your purchase of Aurvia products. By browsing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Aurvia products are dietary supplements intended for adults. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.

3. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the full ingredient list and the exact dose of each active ingredient. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Formulas and labels can change; the label on the bottle you receive always prevails over the website.

4. Health disclaimer

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Aurvia products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet or for medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before use. Stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply at destination. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaches these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

7. Discounts and bundles

Bundle offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, apply while stocks last, and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts are calculated at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

8. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Aurvia name, logo, product designs, photographs and website content belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or resell its content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply to you.
