1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase of Aurvia products made on this website. Placing an order means you accept them. They complement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

2. Products

Aurvia sells dietary supplements intended for adults. Each product page lists the full ingredients and the exact dose of each active ingredient. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in US dollars on the product page and in the cart. They exclude shipping costs and any import duties or local taxes, which are shown or explained at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. Bundles and discounts

Our bundle offers are: buy 3 bottles and get the 4th at 60% off, or buy 5 and get the 6th free. They apply per product, are calculated automatically at checkout, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. They cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.

5. Placing an order

You select your products, review your cart, enter your delivery and payment details, and confirm. Confirming the order creates a binding obligation to pay. You receive an order confirmation by email; the sale is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order, by the methods shown at checkout. Transactions are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection. We never have access to your full card number. Your order is only dispatched once payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), Canada, a selection of European countries and the United Kingdom, and a number of destinations in Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe. The full list is set out in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping rates are $4.90 in the United States and free on US orders of $50 or more; $19.90 to Canada; $21.90 to Europe and the United Kingdom; $26.90 to all other served destinations. Free shipping applies to United States orders only.

Orders leave our US fulfilment centre within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 business days in the United States and 3 to 5 business days elsewhere, plus customs clearance on international orders.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed import duties, VAT or sales tax, and a carrier clearance fee on arrival. These charges are set by the authorities of the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are payable by the recipient. We cannot predict their amount. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the product ordered may lawfully be imported for personal use in their country; a parcel refused or seized by customs is not eligible for a refund of the shipping cost. 8. Right to cancel and returns

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, even on an opened bottle, under the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us by email to start a return.

9. Conformity

If a product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and you keep the item.

10. Use of the products

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or being treated for a medical condition, consult your physician before use.

11. Liability

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at zenboutiqueofficiel@gmail.com so that we can find a solution.
