Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day. Delivery takes 2-5 business days in the United States and 5-10 business days in Canada. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.

Where is my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse — usually within 1 business day. If it's been more than 7 business days without an update, send us your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is $4.90, and free on every order over $50 — in both countries. Leave us your email through the form and we'll let you know as soon as we add more destinations.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can usually change or cancel an order in the first few hours, before it reaches the warehouse. Email us as fast as you can with your order number and we'll do our best.

How do I return something?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work. We'll send return instructions and process the refund as soon as it's on its way back.

I have a health question about a formula

Happy to share what's on the label and how the ingredients are dosed. We can't give medical advice though — if you're pregnant, nursing, under 18 or on medication, please check with your doctor before starting a supplement.
